Sacred Treasures of Rome

The London Oratory Schola’s latest recording is released by Hyperion this week. The CD is the next in the Schola’s ongoing anthology series of sacred polyphony. The new recording particularly focuses on Palestrina whose 500th birthday we celebrate this year. Also included are other composers who were working in sixteenth century Rome, many of whom had important associations with St Philip Neri and the Roman Oratory. Preorder from Amazon HERE.
